"Plant a Tree" Memorial - Fused Glass

Service Description

We are "planting a tree" to keep our memories rooted with us. Exploring fused glass materials like sheet glass, frit, and liquid glass, to create your own glass "forest" that can be displayed as a tile/suncatcher (6x10) with options to add a display stone from Jarsa Co., a local business that specializes in creating quality memorial stones you can use in your own garden/patio. 6x10 Glass Tile - $85 Optional Upgrade for Stone Display - $85 for stock designs, $125 for customized. Allow 3 weeks for stones to be completed and available for pick up at the studio. *You can even bring cremation ashes to include in your design. Ashes will appear much like a sand in your design. We often mix it with the frit to ensure a good bonding process. We only need a VERY little amount, less than a teaspoon. Please bring your ashes in a sealed container, clearly labeled. We will assist in applying the ashes to your piece, or if you prefer we can apply them for you. This is a great way to memorialize lost family, friends, or pets with a special art piece. Not a memorial? That's okay - we can celebrate planting any memory or just exploring fused glass, it is your art piece to be inspired by! All materials provided. Approx. 2 hour sessions. Multiple sessions available: Fri, May 24th 6:30-8:30 Sat, May 25th 10:00-12:00 Sun, May 26th 12:00-2:00 $85 each Includes all supplies, instruction and materials. Beginner friendly. Allow 7 days for pick-up of completed projects. Refunds allowed with minimum 72 hours notice. Transferrable only without 72 hours notice. Minimum attendance required, subject to cancellations with full refunds. Ages 10 and up (adults should accompany). RSVP Required.

Cancellation Policy
