Lil Chips Private Party w/ Private Room

Service Description

*The Private Party "Moon Room" (also available for after-hours parties) is available to book with a minimum of 10 guests and a $150 room fee, plus projects. The room fee will be waived with 20 participating guests or more. 30 person max for single room. Room fees are refundable with at least 72 hours cancellation notice. If you cancel after 72 hours notice, your deposit IS transferable. If you have a smaller party or don't need a private room - just sign up for the Lil Chips group seating and we will set aside table space for your group to create in one of our open classrooms. Kind of like a dinner party at your favorite restaurant - but instead of eating, we are creating! We have a menu of options to choose from when you arrive. Just a couple minutes of safety rule and creative tips rules - and its time to design! Using abstract chips of colored glass, you can arrange your own unique pattern on a variety of projects. Like a puzzle made of glass, that we will melt together in a kiln later. Simple projects with minimal instruction - our most popular option for social events and fun for everyone. You can choose from any of our projects on our standard menu (magnets, tiles, nightlights, garden stakes, clocks, plates, candleholders, or coasters) - or any of our current features, which change seasonally! Lil Chips Private Party (Mosaic style art w/ abstract glass chips) - starts at $20 per project (upgrades available) - Ages 4 to Adult - Approx. 90 mins - Allow 7 days for completed project to be ready for pick-up - ADD-ON Options: a keepsake plate for $7 per person - group art created together for the guest of honor to keep, 2" tile per person, add-on only. *Includes a classroom seating area with bathroom, separate. 3ft counter/kitchen area if you want to bring light snacks/drinks/cake. Additional folding tables are available UPON REQUEST for catering, additional food/beverage needs) *For groups less than 10 or to avoid the room fee, group seating is available during business hours. *outside food and beverage (including alcohol) are welcome, we recommend light finger foods or snacks *please no open-toed shoes *groups that reserve an after-hours party and do not meet the minimum attendance, will be billed the minimum of 10 projects.

Cancellation Policy
